Beginning this week, the first of 500 to 600 pipeline workers are at work in Marion County on the Keystone pipeline system. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by the end of October.
Pauline Holub of rural Marion will retire at the end of June as director of Butler Community College of Marion. Holub has spent the past 21 years helping students realize their educational dreams.
Students graduating Saturday at Tabor College commencement exercises included Josh Whitwell, who received a degree in psychology, and Torey Hett and Andrew Looper, each receiving a degree in business administration and management.
