Mayor Tod Porter visited the Peabody Elementary School third grade class Sept. 26. He talked to students about Peabody’s government and civics.

Craig Andres was home for the weekend visiting his parents, Eldon and Edna Andres. He has returned to Pittsburg where he is a reporter at TV station KOAU.

Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Farr hosted about 75 friends and relatives at a housewarming party at their new home at 701 N. Vine St.
