These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

330th Rd. east of Chisholm Trail Rd.

Darien L. Chapin, 31, Hillsboro, hit a deer at 8:32 p.m. April 18 with his 2017 Ford F-150, according to one of four reports released Thursday by the sheriff’s office.

The pickup sustained damage characterized as minor to its front.

Falcon Rd. north of 190th Rd.

Swerving to avoid a deer at 4:08 p.m. April 21, Alexa J. Karki, 28, rural Hillsboro, drove her 2016 Buick Encore into a bridge.

The car was listed as destroyed with damage to its entire passenger side and undercarriage.

190th Rd. west of Quail Creek Rd.

A blown tire at 3:05 a.m. April 22 caused Sara J. Lanham, 30, Hillsboro, to lose control of a 1999 Ford F-150, which ran off the road to the left and crashed into trees.

The pickup, owned by Patricia Hardman of Newton, sustained disabling damage to its left side and was towed.

90th Rd. west of Alamo Rd.

Kelly L. Shaft, 61, Marion, reported at the sheriff’s office after work April 22 that he had hit a deer on his way to work at an unreported time that morning.

His 2019 Ford Escape remained drivable with damage to its front, hood, and driver’s side.
