Bonnie Plummer’s sister, Kay Lambert, came to the Plummer’s home on Sept. 14 and spent the night. Bonnie and Kay went to Hillsboro on Sept. 15 for the annual Arts and Crafts Fair. Kay returned to Topeka in the evening.

On Sept. 16, Al and Bonnie, Ron and June Ford of Hayesville, and Taylon and Shelby Pyeatt of Haysville went to Emporia to a picnic celebrating Dorothy Plummer’s 98th birthday.

On Sept. 15, Ronnie and Patti Gaines, Shawn and Jean Koehn, Jeff and Jill Koehn and girls, and Kenny and Roma Koehn went to Hutchinson to watch Jean and Shawn’s sons, Connor and T.J. play football.

Peggy van der Weg was a Sept. 15 caller of her mother, Marie Clark. Marvin and Sherol Nightengale visited Marie in the afternoon on Sept. 16.

Jim and Beulah Gehring of Moundridge, Mary Langenegger, and Joyce Kyle enjoyed lunch at the Burns Café on Sept. 15.

On Sept. 18, Beverly Morgan and Joyce Kyle went to Marion and took the van to the Senior Fair at Salina.
