Rhonda Brenzikofer was hostess to the Twentieth Century Club June 10 for its last meeting of the season. Attending were Norma Clark, Marie Clark, Dorene Kirkpatrick, and Joyce Kyle.
Lawrence and Lois Sayers had as houseguests their son, Mike, his wife, Sylvia, and their daughter, Kimberly, of Colorado Springs, Colo., from June 7 to June 12. On June 8, they celebrated Lois’ birthday at Sandy Sayers’ home in El Dorado. Others present were Bruce Sayers, Megan, and Jessica, Dave and Shirley Smith, their daughter, Deby, and her husband, Richard, and Gunter and Sheila Lichberr.
June 9 dinner guests of Lawrence and Lois Sayers were their houseguests and Bruce Sayers, Sandy Sayers, and Sylvia’s sister and husband, Kenny and Kaylene Miller of White City.
Al and Bonnie Plummer went to Nixa, Mo., June 6 to the home of Martin and Kayme Volker, Allie, and Abby. They celebrated their 43rd anniversary and attended Abby’s softball tournament, returning home the evening of June 9.
Ronnie and Patti Gaines attended the Madison Days celebration June 7. They watched their granddaughter, Brooke Gaines, play ball. Ronnie and Pattie went to Marion County Lake June 8 and were supper guests of Kenny and Roma Koehn.
Dan and Alice Stucky were June 9 afternoon callers of Joyce Kyle.
Greg and Zeola Langenegger, Mary Langenegger, and Joyce Kyle went to Valley Center the evening of June 8 to the home of Charles and Bonnie Johnson to join other family members celebrating Jim Gehring’s 80th birthday.
Burns United Methodist Church and Burns Countryside Church had their annual Vacation Bible School June 3 to 7 with a program and picnic on June 7. Joyce Kyle helped with the picnic.
