James Olberding, Evelyn Sidener, and Joyce Kyle represented the Burns Senior Citizens at the Marion County Senior Citizens’ board meeting in Hillsboro Aug. 16.
Peggy Van der Weg and two of her grandchildren went to Marie Clark’s Aug. 16. They all went to the Chris Stucky home near Peabody to celebrate Skylre Stucky’s birthday.
Hadlye Clark was a guest of Marie Clark on August 19 and 20. Diane Nelson came on Aug. 20 and took Marie to a doctor’s appointment in El Dorado. They called on Gordon Clark who has suffered a stroke, but is recovering quite well.
The afternoon of Aug. 18, Clint and Missy Green and family visited Marie Clark.
Sandy Sayers was an Aug. 17 guest of her parents, Lawrence and Lois Sayers. She brought lunch.
The evening of Aug. 17, Joyce Kyle attended the Phil and Pam Morgan concert at the Burns Countryside Church, which she reports was very inspirational.
Dalen and Beth Koehn and Cody were dinner guests Aug. 18 of Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie and Carolee.
