Nedy Grimwood was hostess at a supper for the Burns Methodist Church ladies at her home the evening of Aug. 10. A meal was served and everyone spent time visiting.
Al and Bonnie Plummer spent Aug. 8 to 11 in Kansas City. Taylon and Shelby Pyeatt joined them for supper on Aug. 8 and 9 as they are working in LaCygne. Kay Lambert of Topeka joined Bonnie for shopping on August 9. After returning home, Bonnie and Austin Bidwell had lunch and went shopping on Aug. 13.
Mitch and Kathy Foote spent Aug. 9 and 10 with her parents, Marvin and Sherol Nightengale.
Lisa Johnson and Jarret of Marion brought cake and flowers to Marie Clark Aug. 7 to help her celebrate her birthday.
Vernon and Judy Koehn were dinner guests on Aug. 11 of Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie and Carolee.
The evening of Aug. 10, Ronnie and Patti Gaines and granddaughter, Brooke Gaines, met Ty and Kim Gaines in El Dorado, and Brooke went home after spending the week with her grandparents.
