To the editor:

We would like to publicly thank all who helped make the third annual Peabody Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Nov. 16 a big success!

We appreciate all the help and support that was given by the churches, schools, and the community. We especially thank the high school students who helped bake pies and the scout troops for their help.

Also, a big thanks goes to family members and all others who prepared, served, and donated their time to deliver meals, clean up, and other tasks.

It was all very much appreciated.
