NEW jailings

Dakota L. Dillashaw, 25, El Dorado, jailed Friday to serve a two-day sentence. He was previously jailed Jan. 2 on a warrant alleging failure to appear and April 19 on a warrant alleging failure to appear.

Rusty B. Daniels, 25, Marion, jailed Monday on suspicion of driving without a valid license. Released six and a half hours later on $2,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed Dec. 13 on a warrant alleging parole violation.

Justin L. Kater, 37, Newton, jailed Thursday on suspicion of criminal trespass. Released Friday on $1,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed Aug. 9 for failure to appear and was released at 10:05 a.m. Thursday before he was jailed again at 11:52 p.m. He was also jailed July 6 on suspicion of burglary.

Ashley B. Loomis, 31, Peabody, jailed Sunday on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Released a half hour later on $750 surety bond. She was previously jailed Nov. 27 on a warrant alleging failure to appear, Oct. 18 on two warrants alleging failure to appear, and July 10 on a warrant alleging probation violation.

Luis C. Perez, 29, Hillsboro, jailed Sunday on two warrants alleging failure to appear. Held in lieu of $6,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed Oct. 11 on a warrant alleging probation violation, Sept. 14 on suspicion of being a pedestrian under the influence, June 4 to serve a 10-day sentence, and April 28 on warrants alleging probation violation and failure to appear.

Robert M. Potts, 34, Hillsboro, jailed Sunday on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released two hours later on his own recognizance.

William K. Sedille, 48, Hillsboro, jailed Sunday on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a valid license or liability insurance, and unlawful registration. Released two hours later on his own recognizance.

Cyle L. Wilson, 26, Ardmore, Oklahoma, jailed Sunday on suspicion of burglary, theft, and criminal trespass. Released Monday on $5,000 surety bond.

Alan J. Utech, 35, Marion, jailed Feb. 12 on suspicion of possession of marijuana and unlawful obtaining of prescription drugs. Released one hour later on $2,000 surety bond.
