Mary McFadden, 56, Peabody, arrested Oct. 1 by Peabody police for failure to appear for jury duty.

Andrew Meier, 23, Lehigh, jailed Oct. 1 by Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism on suspicion of possession of a firearm by a felon.
