Dakota Landon Dillashaw, 606 S. Cedar St., Marion; preliminary hearing continued from Sept. 19 to Nov. 7 on charges of obstructing official duty, criminal damage to property, assault, and disorderly conduct.

Danny Fistler, 785 Old Mill Road, Peabody; preliminary hearing continued from Sept. 19 to Nov. 7 on charge of possession of stolen property.

Angelica Nicole Hinostroza, White City; waived preliminary hearing Sept. 19, bound over on three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy with a child younger than 14.

Shelby C. Percell, 17 Random Road, Marion; bench trial Sept. 24, plea hearing set for Oct. 9 on charge of purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor. First appearance Sept. 24, plea hearing set for Oct. 9 on motion to revoke probation.

Douglas Edward Gable, 616 Topeka, Lincolnville; pleaded guilty Sept. 24 to possession of drug paraphernalia; prosecution dismissed charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of methamphetamine, and possession of hydrocodone; sentenced to six-month controlling jail term, ordered to pay $205 of fines and fees within 60 days; given credit for time served.

Doug B. Eden, 116 W. 3rd St., Peabody; first appearance Sept. 24, preliminary hearing set for Oct. 17 on charges of domestic battery, attempted criminal restraint, and two counts criminal damage to property.

Jarred J. Weems, 403 Vine St., Peabody; first appearance Sept. 24, arraignment set for Nov. 19 on three counts giving a worthless check.

Kevin Neufeld, 108 S. Elm St., Hillsboro; arraigned Sept. 24 on motion to revoke probation, denied allegations, hearing set for Nov. 14.

Frank James Wilson, 225 W. Ruth, Moundridge; sentencing continued from Sept. 24 to Nov. 13 on residential burglary and two counts felony theft.

Ralph W. Ballinger, 414 Grandview, Florence; sentenced Sept. 24 for violation of a protection order; sentenced to six month controlling jail term consecutive to another case, 12 months probation, $265 fine and fees, drug and alcohol testing, and anger management evaluation. Sentenced Sept. 24 for disorderly conduct; sentenced to 30 day controlling jail term, six months probation, $205 fine and fees, restitution within 30 days, and drug and alcohol testing.

Lacey J. Bailey, 210 W. 11th St., Florence; pleaded not guilty Sept. 24 to two counts endangering a child, possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia; status and trial setting hearing set for Nov. 13.

Patrick O. Bernhardt, 209 N. Roosevelt St., Marion; arraignment Sept. 24, diversion status hearing set for Nov. 3 on charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

Dallen Thompson, 501 N. B St., Ramona; first amended complaint filed Sept. 24; charged with criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft.

Schuyler Grant Hulett, 122 W. 5th St., Florence; motion to suppress hearing continued from Sept. 24 to Nov. 13 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tammie M. Fawns, 209 N. Countryside Road, Blue Springs, Mo.; prosecution’s motion to reestablish charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked denied Sept. 19; prosecution ordered to file a new case.

Lloyd Meier, 2406 190th Road, Marion; arraigned Sept. 19, suppression hearing set for Oct. 22 on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
