Justin R. Bowley, 718 S. Elm St., McPherson; second amended complaint filed Jan. 28; charged with two counts assault and criminal trespass.

Justin Wayne Brasher, 584 Highway 4, Marquette; pleaded no contest Jan. 28 to charge of non-residential burglary; charges of felony theft and misdemeanor theft dismissed; sentencing set March 28.

Joseph Lee Caudle, 2578 Goldenrod Road, Hillsboro; status hearing held Jan. 28 on motion to revoke probation; hearing on motion to revoke probation set for March 4.

Adrian Jarod Clay, 720 W. 12th St., Apt. 201, Newton; made first appearance Feb. 4 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set March 13.

Jason Lee Creevan, 1105 Grant St., Marion; pleaded no contest Jan. 28 to charge of disorderly conduct; charges of two counts domestic battery dismissed; sentencing set March 12.

Dakota Landon Dillashaw, 102 W. Santa Fe St., Apt. 3, Marion; status hearing held Jan. 23 on charges of obstructing official duty, criminal damage to property, assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal threat; plea hearing set Feb. 25; ordered to submit to drug testing. Arraignment on charge of purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor held Jan. 23; plea hearing set Feb. 25.

Nolan Dirks, 112 S. Lincoln St., Hillsboro; arraigned Jan. 28 on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; diversion status hearing set Feb. 25; diversion agreement filed Feb. 7; ordered to pay $355 and complete 20 hours community service; diversion term is 12 months.

Brandon Lee Doherty, 302 S. 10th, Salina; made first appearance Jan. 28 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set March 4.

Darren R. Geissert, 2776 Z Ave., Burdick; preliminary hearing continued from Jan. 23 to Feb. 20 on charges of possession of a hallucinogenic drug with the intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting alcohol in an open container; bond continued with conditions that defendant submit to drug and alcohol testing and not use alcohol or drugs.

Austin Jost, 1383 140th Road, Marion; made first appearance Jan. 28 on charges of transporting alcohol in an open container and possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor; arraignment set March 4.

Mathew J. Leach, 401 E. Arnold, Herington; failed to appear at bond appearance on charge of assault Jan. 7, bench warrant issued; appeared at bond appearance Jan. 30; status hearing set for Feb. 4; arraignment set for March 4.

Lyle Lee Ledford, 502 N. Cedar St., Florence; made first appearance Jan. 28 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; arraignment set Feb. 12.

Adam Tyler Mosier, 403 Cincinnati St., Burns; sentenced Jan. 15 on conviction of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) to a 13-month prison term underlying probation; ordered to undergo drug treatment for up to 18 months; ordered to pay $1,605.
