Sarah A. Kallansrud, 206 N. Spruce St., Peabody, disorderly conduct, language, six-month diversion agreement entered into Dec. 17, sentenced to 30 hours community service in lieu of court costs, to be served by April 1.

Christopher Dale Carr, 1353 30th St., Peabody, charges of criminal damage to property; battery; criminal trespassing; and disorderly conduct, brawling; dismissed without prejudice, costs assessed to the state.

Wanda Luttig, 423 Ohio St., Burns, pleaded no contest Dec. 22 to charge of disorderly conduct, language, found guilty, sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, fine of $483 to be paid within 120 days of conviction.

Lucas Tullis, 124 S. Poplar St., El Dorado, charges of possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor and pedestrian under the influence of drugs or alcohol dismissed with prejudice Dec. 22, costs assessed to the state; in a separate case, pleaded no contest Dec. 22 to charges of misdemeanor theft, possession of marijuana, criminal carrying of a weapon, and two charges of criminal trespassing, sentencing scheduled for Feb. 11.

Ashli Nicole Witten, 5903 Paradise Ln., Apt. 4, Great Bend, pleaded no contest Dec. 22 to charges of forgery and misdemeanor theft, charges of residential burglary and second count of forgery dismissed with prejudice, sentencing scheduled for Feb. 11.

Patrick M. Love, 310 W. 5th St., Lincolnville, pleaded guilty to obstructing official duty and fleeing or eluding an officer Dec. 22, charges of driving under the influence and speeding (65 in a 55 mph zone) dismissed with prejudice, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation concurrent with another case, $263.

Christopher John Luce, 419 N. Freeborn St., Marion, state requests Marion Police Department return defendant’s guns.
