Lucas Tullis, 534 N. 11th St., Towanda, charge of nonresidential burglary at the Coneburg Inn dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea in a separate case Dec. 22, costs assessed to the state.

Ethan Wayne Campbell, 3920 N. Hillside Rd., Newton, pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to attempted violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act, convicted, sentencing scheduled March 11.

John Dean Kasper, 568 Paint Rd., Hope, charges of nonresidential burglary, felony theft, and misdemeanor theft amended Jan. 12 to a charge of attempted obstruction of official duty.

Beretta Paul Janzen, 820 E. Main St., Marion, charge of possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor dismissed with prejudice pursuant to pleas in two other cases.
