Kim D. Kline, 2022 Alfalfa St., Marion, interference with law enforcement, six-month diversion agreement entered into, must write letter of apology to Kansas Highway Patrol and Kansas Department of Transportation, ordered to do 20 hours community service, which can be bought back at $7 per hour, fined $328, case to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.
