Ashley Dawn Lutchka, 15301 W. US Highway 54, Goddard, non-residential burglary and misdemeanor theft amended June 23 to attempted non-residential burglary and misdemeanor theft.

Dylan Cochran, Marion, found guilty June 15 for aggravated indecent liberties with a child; rape and aggravated endangerment of a child dismissed. Sentencing scheduled for August 1.

Jason Beard, possession of methamphetamines, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and transportation of liquor in an open container dismissed July 6 without prejudice. Court costs assessed to state since defendant is deceased.
