Todd Michael Beneke, 219 N. 10th St., Herington; failed to appear at probation hearing July 22 on three counts of misdemeanor theft and one count of criminal trespass; bench warrant set at $5,000; hearing re-set for Aug. 13.

Leslie W. Coker, 3033 S. Fern Ave., Wichita; plead not guilty July 22 to criminal trespass, driving while license suspended, canceled, or revoked, and circumvention of ignition interlock. Status hearing set for Oct. 8.

Douglas Bryant Eden, 116 W. 3rd St., Peabody; admitted probation violation July 22; sentenced to six months in custody of Marion County Sheriff.

Cody L. Fistler, 785 Old Mill Road, Peabody; failed to appear in court Aug. 5 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bench warrant set with no bond.

Oceana Scobee, 1021 S. Cottonwood, Ottawa; pleaded no contest July 15 to charge of possession of methamphetamine; charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed.

Mark A. Turner, 307 N. First, Hamilton; admitted to probation violation July 22; disposition hearing set for Sept. 10.

Michelle Williams, 704 N. Cedar, Marion; sentenced to 12 months probation July 22 in lieu of 60 days jail on count of battery; ordered to pay $158.
