Nichole Nowak, 3275 Quail Creek Rd., Ramona; admitted to probation violation Sept. 16, court reinstated probation for six months with 40 hours additional community service.

Christopher Schafer, 304 S. Main St., Hillsboro; charge of battery dismissed Sept. 19.

Ryan Joel Shrewsbury, 2258 George Washington Dr., Park City, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft Sept. 16, sentenced to 12 months probation in lieu of 90 days jail, ordered to pay $247.

Tiffany Westney, 605 Quail Creek Ave., Newton; failed to appear at arraignment Sept, 16, court denied defense’s request to continue, bench warrant issued at $2,500 bond on four charges of giving a worthless check.
