Doyle E. Furrer Jr., 305 N. Lincoln St., Hillsboro; pleaded not guilty Nov. 4 to violation of protection order, pretrial conference set for Dec. 2.

Travis Eugene Hamm, 209 N. Freeborn St., Marion; six-month diversion agreement made and entered into Nov. 15 on charge of domestic battery, ordered to pay $476.

Matthew J. Leach, 202 N. D St., Ramona; assault charge dismissed Nov. 12.

Dustin L. Shiplet, 318 S. Clinton St., Marion; failed to appear at bond appearance on two counts of violation of the Kansas offender act.

Phillip David Tyner, 307 N. Poplar St., Newton; admitted to probation violation Nov. 4, disposition hearing scheduled for Dec. 2.
