Kenneth Shryl Christensen, Marion; pleaded not guilty March 27 to a charge of domestic battery and requested a jury trial; arraignment set for April 21.

Michele R. Dillashaw, 102 W. Santa Fe St. Apt. 3, Marion; pleaded guilty Feb. 24 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; charge of possession of methamphetamine dismissed; sentencing set for March 17.

Darren R. Geissert, 2776 Z Ave., Burdick; failed to appear March 12 at sentencing on a charge of possession of methamphetamine; charges of possession of a hallucinogenic drug with the intent to sell, possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transportation of liquor in an open container dismissed Jan. 16.

Kendall Hein, 126 W. Santa Fe St., Marion; pleaded guilty March 3 to a charge of possession of marijuana, sentencing set for April 21.

Wayne A. Kenel, 506 E. 1st St., Hillsboro; charges of domestic battery, battery dismissed Jan. 27.

Leah E. Powers, 3420 E. 2nd St., North Wichita; pleaded not guilty March 12 to charges of possession of marijuana, driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, speeding (107 in a 65 mph zone), and transporting a child without passenger safety restraint; status hearing set for April 21.
