Kerrick M. Wilhelm, 421 S. Freeborn, Marion; violation of probation, to serve a sanction of 120 days with Department of Corrections.

Justin Silhan, 323 S. Third, Marion; pleaded no contest July 21 to charge of unlawful voluntary sexual relations, sentenced to 30 days in jail, followed by 12 months of police required supervision.

Derek Scheuerman, 1412 S. Roosevelt, Marion; controlling sentence of 100 days on two counts, sentenced to 12 months probation, fined $263.

David Lee Kopfman, 4314 Pearl St., Kansas City; pled guilty to counts of possession of marijuana, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, circumvention of ignition interlock, charges of possession of Adderall and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed; sentencing set for Sept. 4.

Bonnie Hein, 17028 River Valley Road, Burns; per plea agreement, pleaded no contest to charges of unlawful possession of stimulant drugs, unlawful possession of depressant drug; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia, charges dismissed; possession of marijuana charge downgraded from drug felony to class A misdemeanor; sentenced to serve one year per count, concurrently, at Marion County Jail, 12 months probation, and drug and alcohol evaluations.
