Christina R. Greany, 36, Hillsboro, was formally charged Jan. 3 with four counts of identity theft. The charges stem from incidents between June 1 and Sept. 16.

Robert Eugene Wilson, 49, Marion, was formally charged Jan. 8 with possession of methamphetamine, traffic of contraband in a correctional facility, possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance, and driving without a valid license.

Ronald Woerz, 57, Marion, was formally charged Jan. 8 with driving under the influence, transporting an open container of alcohol, and interference with law enforcement.

James Anthony Schaefer, 44, Hillsboro, was charged Jan. 8 with domestic battery.

Marcus Jamal Butler, 23, Emporia, was formally charged Jan. 8 with criminal possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding.

Jacob Isaac Scott was formally charged Jan. 8 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Randall Scopel on Dec. 18 pleaded not guilty to theft and criminal trespass.

Jack W. Shelton had probation revoked Dec. 18.

Gregory Paul Prescott on Dec. 20 pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
