A bench warrant was issued April 14 for Ashlyee N. Hiebert after she failed to appear in court.
Robert B. Mans was bound over April 22 for trial on a charge of first-degree murder.
Carl A. Scates formally was charged April 27 with domestic battery and interference with law enforcement.
Bobby I. Shanks, 23, formally was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and speeding.
William C. Petersen was sentenced March 17 to 48 hours at the Wichita Intervention Program and 12 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, a year’s probation, and ordered to pay $918.
Brittnee N. Smith was convicted April 14 of theft. On the same date, she was convicted of trespass. Sentencing is scheduled for May 24.
Eric J. Williams’ probation for burglary and trespass was revoked April 19 and he was ordered to spend 30 days in jail. In a separate case, he was sentenced to a year’s community corrections for fleeing and eluding a police officer and possession of marijuana and ordered to pay $658.
Willie J. Young formally was charged April 27 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended or revoked, driving under the influence, having no proof of insurance, and failure to maintain a single lane.
