April N. Fore formally was charged June 21 with battery.

Zach S. Dvorak was sentenced June 6 to 90 days in jail followed by a year’s probation and ordered to pay $1,963 for driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock. In a separate case, he was sentenced the same day to 60 days in jail and a year’s probation, both to be served consecutively to the first sentence, and ordered to pay $2,310.26 restitution for assault and two counts of battery against a law enforcement officer. Although a charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed, restitution is to be paid to the Marion Police Department.
