David L. Bean, 102 W. Santa Fe St., Marion; made first appearance June 3 on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia; preliminary hearing set for July 3.

Daniel L. Bowes, 216 N. Washington St., Hillsboro; sentenced May 20 to 11 months prison on a conviction on felony theft; then 12 months post-release supervision and pay $1,040.

Nicole Marie Chaffin, 403 Vine St., Peabody; pleaded no contest June 3 to three counts of misdemeanor theft; charges of misdemeanor theft and two counts of vehicular burglary dismissed; sentenced to 30-day controlling jail term on each count concurrent with prison term; ordered to pay $460.

Garry A. Donelson, 128½ N. Walnut St., Peabody; hearing held June 3; arraignment set for July 9 on charge of domestic battery.

Douglas Bryant Eden, 116 W. 3rd St., Peabody; arraigned June 3 on motion to revoke probation; denied allegations; hearing set for July 22.

Cody L. Fistler, 785 N. Old Mill Road, Peabody; pleaded not guilty June 3 to charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; pretrial status hearing set for July 17.

Clinton Kidd, 309 C St., Ramona; sentenced June 3 for domestic battery; sentenced to 90-day controlling jail term underlying 12 months probation; ordered to pay $205, submit to drug and alcohol testing, and comply with recommendations of domestic violence assessment. Sentenced June 3 for furnishing alcohol to a minor; sentenced to 90-day controlling jail term concurrent to the domestic battery case underlying 12 months probation; ordered to pay $465, submit to drug and alcohol testing, and complete 20 hours community service; prohibited from contacting Sabrina Jones.

Richard Allen Pope, 318 S. Lincoln St., Marion; pleaded guilty June 3 of three counts of giving a worthless check; 12 other counts of giving a worthless check dismissed; sentenced to 6-month controlling jail term on each count underlying 12 months probation; ordered to pay $1,759.17; forbidden from obtaining or maintaining a checking account.

Ron Rainey, 102 W. Santa Fe St., Apt. 4, Marion; made first appearance June 11 on a charge of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); arraignment set for July 22. Made first appearance June 11 on a charge of sexual battery; arraignment set for July 22.

Michelle Williams, 704 N. Cedar St., Marion; pretrial status hearing held June 11 on a charge of battery; plea hearing set for June 24.

Leslie Scott Yehle, 8615 E. 4th, Hutchinson; status hearing held June 3 on charges of nonresidential burglary and misdemeanor theft; preliminary hearing set for July 17.
