7 a.m. — Marion Fire Department extinguished a grass fire along 190th Road, west of Marion.

11:38 a.m. — Hillsboro Fire department extinguished a fire under a transfer pole in the 1000 block of 290th Road after Durham Fire Department couldn’t be reached.

12:50 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a patient from a one-vehicle accident at 3rd and Ash streets to Hillsboro Community Hospital.

2:08 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a person who had fallen from Parkside Homes to HCH.

Thursday

3:34 a.m. — Peabody ambulance took a man with a high fever for an extended time from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical Center.

8:03 a.m. — Peabody ambulance treated an unconscious woman in her teens with low blood sugar at Peabody Care Center. No transport was made.

Friday

8:38 a.m. — Tampa ambulance took a man in his 80s, who had fallen, from the 200 block of S. Berry Street in Lost Springs to St. Luke Hospital.

10:07 a.m. — Peabody Fire Department responded to the 300 block of N. Walnut Street.

11:12 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a teenage girl who had a seizure and asthma attack from Hillsboro Middle School to HCH.

4:26 p.m. — Marion ambulance made an emergency transfer from St. Luke to Kansas Heart Hospital.

Saturday

12:18 p.m. — Peabody ambulance took a patient with nausea and vomiting from Westview Manor to St. Luke.

9:48 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 200 block of Tanglewood for a medical alarm. No transport was made.

Sunday

1:03 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a man in his 90s who had fallen and hit his head from Bethesda Home to Newton Medical.

1:30 a.m. — Hillsboro Fire Department responded to the 500 block of E. A Street for a strong odor of gas in the area. There was an apparent underground gas leak in an alley.

7 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a woman, who had thrown up blood, from the 600 block of E. Marion Avenue in Goessel to Newton Medical. Goessel first response also responded.

8:07 a.m. — Marion ambulance took a female patient with seizures and difficulty breathing from the 300 block of W. Santa Fe Street to St. Luke Hospital.

3:29 p.m. — Marion ambulance made an emergency transfer from McPherson Memorial Hospital to St. Luke.

5:49 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 200 block of N. Vine Street for a woman with a possible stroke. The woman refused transportation.

10:07 p.m. — Marion ambulance took a woman with chest pains from the sheriff’s office to St. Luke.

10:49 p.m. — Peabody ambulance made an advanced life support transfer from St. Luke to Wesley in Wichita.

Monday

11:16 a.m. — Peabody ambulance made a non-emergency transfer from St. Luke to Westview Manor.

12:15 p.m. — Marion ambulance made an emergency transfer from St. Luke to St. Francis.

12:28 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 600 block of E. Marion Avenue in Goessel for a medical alarm. The call was canceled while the ambulance was en route.

12:43 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 100 block of S. Washington Street in Burns for a suicidal person. Marion County Sheriff’s Department also responded. The patient was taken to Prairie View.
