1:03 a.m. — Peabody ambulance and Burns first response responded to the death of Clella M. Kellogg, 43, in the 100 block of S. Nickerson Ave. in Burns. Her death was due to natural causes. Florence ambulance was called but had no responders.

Oct. 2

9:57 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 100 block of N. Freeborn St. to check on a teenage boy at the request of law enforcement. The patient refused transport.

Thursday

7:41 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a man in his 50s having a seizure from the 500 block of E. 1st St. to Hillsboro Community Hospital.

2 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 300 block of Fink St. for an elderly woman who fell and hit her head. The patient refused transport.

5:52 p.m. — Goessel and Hillsboro fire responded to hay bales on fire on a truck at 170th and Diamond Rds.

10:39 p.m. — Peabody fire responded to a grass fire at 70th and Jade Rds.

Friday

11:50 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance and fire responded to a one-vehicle accident on 190th Rd. west of Hillsboro. The driver injured his head and was taken to HCH. Lifeteam helicopter was called, but it was canceled after the ambulance arrived at the scene.

6:15 p.m. — Florence ambulance responded to 30th Rd. and U.S. 77 for a teenage boy who had a seizure. The patient refused transport.

Saturday

12:45 p.m. — Hillsboro fire was called to a fire alarm at HCH. It was a false alarm after a child pulled the alarm, and the call was canceled.

Monday

11:03 a.m. — Peabody ambulance took a woman in her 50s who had an allergic reaction to a medication from the 500 block of Marion St. in Florence to Newton Medical. Florence ambulance was called but had no responders.

11:41 a.m. — Marion ambulance was called to the 500 block of Peabody St. in Peabody for a person who was choking, but the call was canceled.

2:54 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from HCH to Kansas Medical Center in Andover.

3:09 p.m. — Tampa ambulance responded to an ATV accident on private property near 360th and Falcon Rds. Lifestar helicopter also was called but was canceled.

4:43 p.m. — Florence ambulance responded to the death of Ronald D. Kirkpatrick, 78, ¼ mile west of 30th and Wagonwheel Rds. His death was due to natural causes.

5:11 p.m. — Marion fire responded to a one-vehicle rollover near 175th and Timber Rds. No injuries were reported, and nobody was transported.

6:02 p.m. — Peabody ambulance transferred a patient from Westview Manor to St. Luke.

7:24 p.m. — Peabody ambulance transferred a patient from HCH to Via Christi-St. Francis in Wichita.
