12:45 a.m. — A patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital was transferred to St. Francis Hospital, Wichita, by Hillsboro ambulance.

2:42 a.m. — An unresponsive 45-year-old woman in the 500 block of E. 1st St., Ramona, was taken to St. Luke Hospital by Marion ambulance. Tampa ambulance also was called to the scene.

10:00 a.m. — Florence firefighters, rescue, and Marion ambulance were called to a semi that went off the road near Yarrow Rd. and US-50. No one was taken to a hospital.

11:56 a.m. — An 82-year-old woman behaving strangely in the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

8:05 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to Wesley Medical Center by Marion ambulance.

11:13 p.m. — A 70-year-old woman who was having problems moving her legs in the 1400 block of E. Denver St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

1:23 a.m. — A woman who had fallen at Westview Manor, Peabody, was taken to Newton Medical Center by Peabody ambulance.

7:48 p.m. — A man who fell out of his wheelchair at Peabody Market, was helped up but refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance.

thursday

11:42 a.m. — An unresponsive 81-year-old woman in the 500 block S. Main St., Hillsboro, was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

friday

11:32 a.m. — Marion firefighters were called to a gas line that was hit near Trail and Random Rd., Marion County Lake.

10:05 p.m. — An 89-year-old woman who fell in the 600 block of Lawrence St., Durham, was taken to HCH by Tampa ambulance. A Durham first responder also was called to the residence.

2:20 a.m. — A patient from HCH was transferred to Salina Regional Medical Center by Hillsboro ambulance.

8:47 p.m. — A 93-year-old woman who fell in the 500 block of N. Vine St., Peabody, was helped up and refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance.

9:29 p.m. — A 93-year-old woman who fell in the 500 block of N. Vine St., Peabody, was taken to NMC by Peabody ambulance.

sunday

9:23 a.m. — Sheriff’s officers requested Marion ambulance to stand-by in the 200 block of S. Freeborn St., Marion. No one was taken to a hospital.

1:09 p.m. — Durham firefighters were called to the area of 270th Rd. and K-15 for a control burn that was beginning to go out of control.

2:19 p.m. — Marion and Florence firefighters were called to a controlled burn that was beginning to go out of control near Tanglewood and Fairway Drs., Marion.

4:31 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to St. Francis, Wichita, by Marion ambulance.

4:37 p.m. — Tampa firefighters were called to an out of control burn near 340th and Indigo Rds.

monday

7:02 a.m. — A patient from HCH was transferred to NMC by Hillsboro ambulance.

8:27 a.m. —A 79-year-old woman who was behaving strangely and feeling ill near Sunflower and 290th Rds., was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance. A Lincolnville first responder also was on scene.

9:06 a.m. — A 38-year-old diabetic with high blood sugar in the 100 block of E. 9th St., Florence, was taken to St. Francis by Peabody ambulance.

9:54 a.m. — A 94-year-old man in the 400 block of Arbor Court, Hillsboro, who had not been eating, was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

1:19 p.m. — A 62-year-old man was not breathing at Peabody Health and Rehab. He was not taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance, as he was deceased. Hillsboro ambulance also responded to the call.
