Extension to have class series on memory

The county extension service will offer a Master of Memory class series in March in Hillsboro.

The classes will cover how memory works, strategies to improve memory, the effects of medications and medical conditions on memory, nutrition, memory function, and exercise for body and mind.

The classes will be at 7 p.m. March 6, 13, and 20 in the Hillsboro City Building.

The series is free of charge, but the extension service requests people make reservations by March 3 by calling (620) 382-2325.
