Frank J. Heath Jr., 98, died Thursday at his home in Burns.

He was born Jan. 19, 1914, in rural Burns to Frank J. Sr. and Lizzie (Whitlock) Heath.

He was a graduate of Burns High School. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He married Rosalie McIntosh on Feb. 28, 1940. He was a carpenter and farmer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalie; and six siblings.

He is survived by his children, Sandra Heyman of Burns, Larry Heath of North Plains, Ore., and Linda Willbrand of St. Charles, Mo.; and their families.

Visitation was Sunday at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion.

The funeral was Monday at Burns United Methodist Church, and interment was in the Burns Cemetery.

Memorial funds have been established for Burns United Methodist Church and Asera Care Hospice.
