Handicap parking to be added near courthouse

At the suggestion of deputy register of deeds Rebecca Wingfield for improvement of handicap accessible parking at the courthouse, commissioners voted Friday to designate a space near the old jail for construction.

Commissioner Randy Dallke said Wingfield offered the idea of developing the parking area near the ramp on the southeast side of the courthouse. Road and bridge personnel will perform construction work.
