Johnny Lang of Augusta was an overnight guest Aug. 18 of John and Denise Lang. Their grandchildren, Dana and Daxton Maddox of Strong City, stayed overnight Aug. 19. Their daughter, Jamie Lang of Emporia, joined them Aug. 20 to celebrate Denise’s birthday.

Janet Cress visited daughter Shealah West of Newton on Aug. 20.

Dale and Tootsie Snelling visited Coleen Bruner and Duane and Donna Snelling in El Dorado and had dinner out to celebrate their 57th anniversary Aug. 19. Dean Snelling of Goessel visited them Aug. 20.

Lorena Magathan, Anna Voelker, Sue Clough, and Margie Williams met at a Florence restaurant for pie and coffee Aug. 18.
