Nov. 13: Officers located and returned a runaway dependent adult.

Nov. 14: Officers assisted a woman with dementia on several occasions.

Nov. 15: Officers took a report of a semi-truck driving through a yard; further investigation found driver was completing a delivery.

Nov. 16: Officers took burglary, theft, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespassing reports. Officers assisted a community corrections officer with a residential check. A report was filed of harassment through social networking.

Nov. 17: Officers pulled over a juvenile with alcohol in the vehicle driving on a restricted farm permit; parents were instructed to pick the juvenile up. Officers responded to an inebriated suspect having chest pains on Cedar Street and later responded again to the same residence because of a verbal disturbance.

Nov. 18: Attempted burglary, criminal damage, and criminal trespassing reports were filed. Officers checked businesses hourly because of recent burglaries. Officers responded to a suicidal subject who shot himself in the chest.

Nov. 19: Officers worked on a grant for Axon Flex cameras.

Nov. 20: A report of a hit and run was filed. Officers responded to a juvenile who had struck a school employee at Oasis; officers then transported the subject to Junction City. Officers met with a citizen to talk about seized property. Officers met with a citizen to discuss a trailer parked in the roadway not attached to a vehicle.

Nov. 21: A report of criminal damage to property was taken. Officers visited victim’s mother to complete suicide investigation. Officers made an arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance following a traffic stop.

Friday: Officers performed a welfare check on a possible suicidal person.

Saturday: Officers made a traffic stop; suspect said he only had a Mexican drivers’ license; officers are allowing suspect to obtain a valid driver’s license.

Sunday: Traffic control was provided for a wrecker removing a disabled vehicle. Officers responded to an unattended death. A repot of a domestic disturbance was taken.
