According to offense reports released Friday:

SHERIFF

Aggravated battery, physical contact with weapon

Darlene Leeds, 58, Florence, reported sustaining minor injuries at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 11 at an apartment when she was allegedly struck by a person with a “personal weapon,” meaning hands, fists, feet, or other body part. Sheriff’s officer Mike Ottensmeier reported the relationship of the alleged assailant to Leeds was unknown, as well as the circumstances surrounding the alleged aggravated battery.

Burglary and criminal trespass

Jeffrey Boese, 37, Goessel, reported the theft Nov. 10 of four rally sport wheels and tires and a commercial paint sprayer from an abandoned residential structure on Meridian Rd. between 130th and 140th Rds. Undersheriff David Huntley reported the total value of items taken as $1,500.

Criminal damage to property

Willis Ensz, 80, Hillsboro, reported damage to a parcel-sized mailbox on 190th Rd. between Kanza and Limestone Rds. Sheriff’s officer Derek Fetrow reported the value of the damage to be $75.

Pedestrian under influence of alcohol or drugs and obstruction

At 1 a.m. Nov. 4, a motorist reported a pedestrian on US-56/77 north of the intersection with K-150. Heather Bartlett, 45, Emporia, was taken into custody on allegations of pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Purchase/consumption of alcohol by a minor

Regina Perry, 48, Wichita reported, at 2:55 a.m. Nov. 9, an incident of consumption of alcohol by a minor on Unicorn Rd. between 250th and 260th Rds.
