According to offense reports released Monday:
Criminal damage to property
Charles Ayers Jr., 81, Peabody, reported damage to a corner post fence on Mustang Rd. between 100 and 110th Rds. that occurred between Jan. 11 and 25. Undersheriff David Huntley estimated the value of the damage to be $200.
Criminal damage to property; burglary, non-dwelling
A door, frame, and lock hasp were damaged around 3:45 a.m. Jan. 24 as a result of an attempted forced entry of a storage building in the 200 block of S. Prospect St. in Lehigh. Nichalus McLaughlin, 38, Lehigh, reported the damage, which undersheriff David Huntley estimated to be $45.

Burglary, non-dwelling; theft of property
Laverne Buchholz, 86, Hillsboro, reported the theft of a 2007 Yamaha scooter from his residence in the 500 block of S. Main St. between 12:01 and 9:59 a.m. Jan. 23. Officer Brad Richards reported the scooter, with an estimated value of $800, was discovered abandoned in another area of town and returned to the owner.
