Daniel Imler, 60, reported a window valued at $120 on the driver’s side of a 1988 Ford Mustang was broken between 5 p.m. Sept. 24 and 12:40 p.m. Sept. 25 at a residence in the 1500 block of Victory Ln., Marion.

Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia

Approximately 0.3 grams of marijuana, valued at $5, a $10 marijuana grinder, and a $10 marijuana smoking pipe were discovered after a traffic stop of a vehicle traveling 76 mph in a 65 mph zone in the 2000 block of U.S. 56 on Sept. 23.

James Padgett, 52, Florence, reported theft of Winkel portable corral parts, including 20 panels, one gate, and one stand, total value $4,065, from a field on Alfalfa Rd. between 80th and 90th Rds. between Sept. 27 and Oct. 2.
