Sept. 10 — Peabody Police arrested a subject for driving with a suspended license and being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The subject was taken to Marion County jail. Police took in an information report.

Sept. 12 — Officers assisted the Marion County Sheriff’s department with a domestic battery incident. Two subjects were arrested. Police performed a record check for Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission. Police took an affidavit for an alcohol evaluation at the request of the Marion County Attorney.

Sunday — Officers took a report of a missing person. The person was located and those concerned were notified.
