Nov. 21 — A harassment complaint in the 100 block of Ash St., commercial alarm in the 500 block of E. D St., and report of a juvenile throwing rocks at a vehicle were investigated. Wichita Police Department was assisted with an investigation.

Nov. 22 — A trespass complaint in the 200 block of S. Birch St., curfew violation on Main St., a traffic complaint on US-56, and property dispute in the 300 block of N. Washington St. were investigated.

Nov. 23 — A sign theft in the 100 block of N. Cedar St. and domestic disturbance in the 100 block of S. Ash St. were investigated.

Thursday — A property dispute in the 300 block of N. Washington St. was investigated.

Friday — A report of juveniles on roofs downtown was investigated.

Saturday — A report of a calf out on US-56 and animal welfare concern in the 300 block of N. Cedar St. were investigated.

Marion

Nov. 21 — Parking complaints in the 100 block of N. 3rd St. and the 200 block of S. Lincoln St., and a non-injury accident in the Sports and Aquatic Center parking lot were investigated. A warning was issued in the 1200 block of Lawrence St. to a motorist who passed a school bus with its stop arm out.

Nov. 22 — A report of a counterfeit twenty-dollar bill passed at a business in the 100 block of S. Lincoln St. was investigated. The person who used the bill was allegedly not aware of its counterfeit nature, police said, and there have been no other cases around the county involving counterfeit money. However, the case is still under investigation.

Citations for no seatbelt and no child restraint in the Sports and Aquatic Center parking lot and near Lawrence and Coble Sts., and a warning of no taillights near Walnut and Main Sts. were issued. A stranded motorist was provided with a jumpstart in the 1100 block of E. Main St.

Nov. 23 —A report of burglary from a motor vehicle in the 200 block of N. 4th St. and a report of a possible trespass were investigated.

Thursday — A dog at large in the 300 block of S. Lincoln St. was investigated.

Friday — Warnings for speeding and reckless driving were issued.

Saturday — Sheriff’s deputies were assisted with searching for an injured individual near 160th and Old Mill Rds. A speeding citation on US-56 near Remington Rd. and three warnings for various traffic infractions were issued.

Sunday — Three speeding citations were issued on US- 56. Shattered glass from a light globe in Marion Central Park was picked up; officer believe wind caused the globe to fall

Saturday — Police had a vehicle belonging to Crystal Brown of Peabody towed from the corner of E. 2nd and Spruce Sts. The car had been parked in the street for an extended period of time, blocking traffic.

Sunday — Terry Tucker, 52, of Peabody was arrested and charged with alleged aggravated battery and criminal damage to property. She was taken to Marion County Jail.
