Doni Rogers and Carol Katz were hosts of the monthly potluck supper Jan. 15 at Carriage Manor in Florence. Dale and Tootsie Snelling, Hazel Clothier, Mary Jane Grimmett, Dave Foley, Les and Linda Allison, Sandi Corrington, Joyce Padgett, and Bill and Margie Williams also attended.
Rogers also attended the monthly senior potluck dinner Jan. 14 at the community building in Burns. Jan. 17, Rogers ate supper in Burns with Bernice and Jerry Odlr.
Dale and Tootsie Snelling attended junior high school basketball games Jan. 16 in Sedgwick to watch their grandchildren, Emmy Hess and Levi Lewman. Hess plays for Marion and Lewman plays for Sedgwick.
Ethan Goodwin traveled from Emporia to visit grandparents Everett and Janet Cress on Jan. 18. Bill and Margie Williams also attended a card party at Carriage Manor, put on by Bob and Betty Haines.
Bill and Margie Williams held a belated birthday dinner Sunday for their son Gary. Others present were Terry, Will, and Gayla Soyez of Goddard, Carl Williams, and Sadie of Wamego.
