Tim and Amber Russell of Wichita announce the birth of a daughter, Rylee Mae Russell.

Born at 12:56 a.m. Aug. 27 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, Rylee weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces and was 18½ inches long. She has an older sister, Reagan.

Brad and Rhonda Heerey and Brad and Robin Russell of Wichita are her grandparents.

Great-grandparents include Charles and Virginia Heerey of Marion, Betty Williams of Florence, and John and Charlene Russell and Virginia Malone of Wichita.
