Dylan Cochran, 19, of Marion and Trever Fugitt, 21, of Hillsboro, were arrested Saturday on charges alleging they raped a minor girl during a Friday night drive.
“The three individuals went out riding,” Sheriff Robert Craft said. “Somewhere along the way, while they were out riding around, they stopped and the incidents occurred.”
Friends of the victim notified the sheriff’s department of the alleged assault, Craft said. The offense report confirmed the victim was 13 years old.
Craft said the investigation will determine whether alcohol or drugs were involved.
“We believe so,” he said.
Both men also were charged with aggravated endangerment of a child.
