Florence American Legion will have a potluck supper for Veterans Day at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at 401 Main St., Florence. Jeff Lee, pastor of Florence and Aulne United Methodist churches, will be the guest speaker.

There will also be a caisson and limber display at Veterans Park during the day. Caissons and limbers were horse-drawn carts designed to carry either artillery cannons and ammunition, or coffins.
