Hazel Clothier’s granddaughter Nellie Hill, is one of six FFA members elected to the state FFA officer team. She is vice president. Nellie attends Kansas State University in Manhattan.
Doni Rogers went to Hutchinson June 13 and picked up two cousins. They went to Burdette and helped another cousin celebrate her 80th birthday. Doni returned to her cousins’ and spent the night, then returned home June 14.
Lenore Smith of Florence and two of her sisters visited Hazel Clothier June 10. Hazel met Teresa and Cassidy Hill for lunch June 12.
Dinner guests of Hazel June 14 were Kevin, Teresa, and Cassidy Hill of Marion.
Bill and Margie Williams had their grandson and wife, Karl and Becca Williams of Wamego, as dinner guests June 14.
Bill and Margie attended a card party June 13 at Carriage Manor in Florence. Hosts were Bob and Betty Hanes.
Lonnie, Sharon, and Julia Smith attended their annual family reunion last week at El Dorado Lake. It is their 20th year. Julia made a cake.
Dale and Tootsie Snelling’s guests last week were their grandchildren, Kiana and Levi Lewman of Sedgwick. They stayed while their mother was camp nurse at a Girl Scout camp.
Dale and Tootsie attended a dance recital June 14 at Newton. Their granddaughter, Kristen, was in the dance recital.
