NEW JAILINGS

Jaden A. Cutsinger, 30, Hutchinson, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Released 25 minutes later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 26 days between July 5, 2020, and Feb. 1, 2026. Previous jailings were on court orders three times and on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving without a valid license, failing to surrender vehicle registration, interfering with law enforcement, transporting an open container of alcohol, and having no vehicle liability insurance.

Nancy D. Garcia, 51, Marion, jailed Monday for five days on court orders. Previously jailed 15 times for a total of all or part of 242 days between Jan. 26, 2018, and Dec. 1, 2025. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, being held for the Department of Corrections once, for allegedly violating her probation eight times, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of domestic battery three times; driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked twice; assault; aggravated burglary; simple burglary; criminal restraint; interfering with law enforcement; violating an order of protection; failing to provide child support; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Kevin W. Geren, 64, Marion, arrested Feb. 11 by Marion police on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Released two days later without bond. Previously jailed 14 times for a total of all or part of 88 days between Dec. 18, 2019, and May 30, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of distributing stimulants; attempting to flee or elude police during commission of a felony; making a criminal threat; and possessing stimulants (three times), marijuana (twice), drug paraphernalia (four times), and a hallucinogen (once); and of failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance in addition to failing to appear in court (six times), allegedly violating his probation (once), and being jailed on court orders (three times).

Belinda S. Robinson, 49, Manhattan, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 23 to 29 on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia.

Sammy C. Ward, 32, Dodge City, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Held in lieu of posting a $2,000 bond.

Ian A. Weisbeck, 48, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating probation. Held in lieu of posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed 12 times for a total of all or part of 263 days from Nov. 26, 2018, to Dec. 24, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic battery three times and of criminal damage to property, vehicle burglary, and criminal trespassing once; for failing to appear in court six times; for allegedly violating his probation seven times; on unspecified warrants twice; and on court orders twice.
