NEW JAILINGS
Kaitlynne V. Baker, 27, Emporia, arrested Feb. 17 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of conspiracy to commit domestic battery. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed Oct. 27 and 28 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, having no drug tax stamp, and speeding.
Joshua B. Blackwill, 39, Pratt, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond.
Nancy D. Garcia, 51, Marion, jailed Feb. 16 for five days on court orders. Previously jailed 15 times for a total of all or part of 242 days between Jan. 26, 2018, and Dec. 1, 2025. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, being held for the Department of Corrections once, for allegedly violating her probation eight times, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of domestic battery three times; driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked twice; assault; aggravated burglary; simple burglary; criminal restraint; interfering with law enforcement; violating an order of protection; failing to provide child support; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and transporting an open container of alcohol.
Tessa D. Gray, 43, Peabody, jailed Monday for allegedly violating her probation. Released four hours later after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed 12 times for a total of all or part of 96 days between March 27, 2018, and Jan. 12, 2025. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating her probation four times, for failing to appear in court three times, on court orders twice, and on suspicion of criminal use of a financial card and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Timothy L. Henry, 40, McPherson held since Feb.17 for McPherson County.
Jordan S. Simmons, 28, Hillsboro, arrested Feb. 17 by the undersheriff on suspicion of domestic battery and possession of a depressant and drug paraphernalia. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed Sept. 6 and 7 on suspicion of making a criminal threat, violating on order of protection, disorderly conduct, and harassment by a telecommunications device; July 31 and Aug. 1 on suspicion of violating an order of protection; and July 27 and 28 on suspicion of stalking.
