Sean Michael Blansett, 38, Burns, formally was charged Feb. 11 with aggravated assault, attempted aggravated battery, and battery.

Christian Alexander Collins-Morales, 28, Wichita, formally was charged Jan. 2 with possession of marijuana (two or more prior convictions), having no drug tax stamp for marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dakota Lawrence Crawford, 25, Florence, formally was charged April 22 with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.

Japheth Schuyler Dunnahoo, 36, Peabody, formally was charged Jan. 2 with abuse of a child, aggravated intimidation of a witness, aggravated battery, and two counts of aggravated endangering of a child.

Dylon Cole Ehrlich, 27, El Dorado, formally was charged Feb. 11 with aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, and making a criminal threat.

James Joseph Garrett, 47, Burlington, formally was charged Jan. 16 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (fourth subsequent conviction), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, impeding normal traffic by driving slowly, having a defective taillight, and failing to check for safe passage before passing.

Kevin Wayne Geren, 64, Marion, formally was charged Feb. 18 with possession of an opiate, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and having defective taillights and headlights.

Bryan Thomas Grosse, 45, Marion, formally was charged March 19 with possession of opiate, driving with a suspended license (third or subsequent conviction), driving while a habitual violator, failing to have liability insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with an expired tag, and displaying a license plate not assigned.

William Lee Hallock, 40, Auburn, Kentucky, formally was charged Feb. 26 with violation of an order of protection.

Preston Carter Hayes, Jr, 37, Jay, Oklahoma, formally was charged April 17 with failing to appear in court, possessing THC and drug paraphernalia, and driving with expired tag.

David Alan Labombarbe, 40, Manhattan, formally was charged Jan. 21 with two courts of possession of opiates, possession of depressants and drug paraphernalia, failing to display evidence of liability insurance, speeding, and failing to carry a driver’s license.

Richard Todd Litton, 40, Peabody, formally was charged Feb. 11 with two courts of attempted aggravated and of criminal damage to property and with single counts of aggravated assault, interfering with law enforcement, possessing marijuana, and attempted criminal damage to property.

Dillon Dewayne Lowe formally was charged Feb. 18 with violation of a protection order.

Ronald Ribello Mazza formally was charged Jan. 22 with five counts of giving worthless checks for less than $1,000.

Brett Tracy McGee formally was charged March 4 with aggravated indecent liberties with a child, nine courts of unlawful sexual relations, and aggravated intimidation of a witness younger than 18.

Macario Vicente Pacheco formally was charged March 4 with driving under the influrence (second conviction), possessing marijuana, transporting an open container of alcohol, and failure to check for safe passage before passing.
